“CEE M&A Awards” is hosted by the “M&A Director Magazine”, “CEO Manufacturing Magazine” & “EuropaProperty”. TPA Poland is the auditor of this event.
Over the last few years, an increase in investments in M&A area, in industries such as IT, real estate, energy and financial services has been noticed. An asset for new investments expects higher rate of return than in Western Europe, which is an important incentive for new investors.
The first edition of the Gala will focus investors, companies and individuals related to the M&A sector in Central – Eastern Europe. During the evening meeting, the international jury composed of thirty experts of Private Equity, M&A and Venture Capital, will award prizes in several categories: Deal of the Year, M&A Law Firm, Transactions & Due Diligence Firm, Investor of the Year. Key criteria which jurors will consider are i.a. : innovation, scale of the project, income compared year to year. TPA Poland will be represented by Managing Partner – Krzysztof Horodko.
