The team of tax and financial consultants of TPA Poland and Baker Tilly TPA made the final three in the “Tax & Financial Consultancy of the Year” category. This time it’s a recognition in the 12th CEE Region Eurobuild Awards 2022.

The gala and finale of the plebiscite took place on September 27, 2022 in Warsaw. It was a moment to honor the best projects and the most prominent individuals and teams that stand out for their achievements in the real estate industry in our part of Europe.

“It’s great news that the Eurobuild Awards gala is back after a break. We are pleased that the Jury of the competition, composed of nearly 200 industry experts, ranked us among the final three financial and tax advisory firms supporting their real estate clients. We are successively and consistently building our multidisciplinary advisory team in so as to be able to provide real estate companies with the full range of support they need at any given time for any transaction. An award such as this confirms that the strategy we have chosen is the right direction in this competitive market. Congratulations to the entire team and sincere thanks for this award,” said Małgorzata Dankowska, Partner in charge of the real estate advisory team and Warsaw tax practice of TPA Poland.

Advising on real estate transactions today is very demanding. The war in Ukraine and the ensuing geopolitical situation, high inflation, the unusual pace of interest rate rises, or the drastic increase in energy and gas prices are just some of the challenges facing all businesses, including the real estate sector. All these factors influence the decisions made. Investors expect advisors to provide factual analysis, especially that related to risk.

“We take a thoughtful and comprehensive approach to working with each client. We combine extensive transactional experience with competent tax, legal and business risk management. We accurately estimate risks and compare available options. We also offer full-scale tax, accounting and reporting outsourcing solutions. Our place on the final podium means that Clients appreciate the way we operate,” commented Wojciech Sztuba, Managing Partner, TPA Poland.

It is worth mentioning that TPA Poland was a partner of this year’s edition of Eurobuild Awards, and Małgorzata Dankowska presented the award to the winner in the “PRS Investor of the Year, CEE” category. It went to Griffin Capital Partners.

“I am very glad that it was me who had the honor of presenting the award in such an important category. The Griffin Capital Partners team undoubtedly earned this distinction with such a remarkable project as the introduction of the first platform for apartments for rent in the Polish market, Resi4Rent, together with its partners. But this is not the only innovative solution that granted Griffin the victory. Another project that deserves recognition is Life Spot, through which tenants are offered affordable apartments for rent in medium and large cities, including Warsaw and Gdynia. Once again, my sincere congratulations and wishes of more just as outstanding projects, ” added Małgorzata Dankowska.
