Damian Kubiś has extensive consulting experience thanks to his participation in a number of complex projects covering the following areas: Corporate Income Tax, VAT, complex projects regarding due diligence and standard tax reviews, transfer pricing projects, proceedings in front of administrative courts and tax authorities and mergers & acquisitions.
Damian has participated in numerous international tax trainings and conferences, e.g.: International Tax School in Veldhoven (Holland) and International Reorganisations and Tax Planning in London, Transfer Pricing Academy in Amsterdam, International Taxation in Barcelona. He has also taken part in numerous domestic trainings and seminars concerning tax aspects of Mergers & Acquisitions projects, proceedings before tax authorities and administrative courts, VAT, transfer pricing issues, International Taxation Principles and many more. He is an author of many specialized articles concerning tax matters which were published in the Polish and international press.
Damian graduated from the Faculty of Law at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań in 2000, majoring in Marketing and Management and specializing in Finance Management. Moreover, in 1999 he studied at the University of Kaiserslautern in Germany. Upon graduation he joined the Warsaw office of Arthur Andersen Tax Department. In 2002 he became a senior consultant. In the same year he joined the Poznań office of Ernst&Young, where he was promoted to experienced senior consultant in 2003. He joined our firm in 2004 and since 2009 he has been a partner in TPA Poland. Damian is a licensed tax adviser.
