Dorota has been a partner in the Personnel Consulting Team since 2007. She is also the Chairwoman of the HR Club at the Polish Association of Construction Employers (she is an HR expert).
For nearly 20 years, he has been conducting recruitment and consulting projects (creating HR policy and HR tools, managing change in the organization, including changes in attitudes, building HR functions, post-merger integration) with particular emphasis on the following industries: construction, real estate, hotel and heavy industry. Dorota is the author of many publications in the field of personnel consulting, she also conducts trainings and lectures in this field.
In 1997 she graduated from the Department of Management and Marketing at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), with specialization in Human Resources Management. She also completed post-graduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics: Human Resources Management and International Business Management.
She speaks English and German.
