Krzysztof specializes in servicing large and medium-sized listed companies and private equity groups (national and international) reporting under IFRS and Polish Accounting Standards (Polish GAAP); IPO projects (prospectuses, the transition of financial statements to IFRS, consolidations audits of publicly quoted entities) as well as accounting advisory in the area of mergers and restructurings.
In 1998 Krzysztof started his career in advisory company Arthur Andersen in Warsaw in the audit and assurance department, where he continued until 2004 (after the practice merger with Ernst & Young), as a senior leading many projects in the area of audit, AUP and due diligence. In 2003 Krzysztof received a diploma of a certified statutory auditor and a ACCA.
In 2004-2006 Krzysztof worked as Head of Accounting & Reporting in pharmaceutical company Novartis Poland, where was responsible for accounting, reporting, taxes and internal control of one of the biggest pharmaceutical company in Poland. In 2006-2011 as an audit partner Krzysztof managed many projects in area of audit and review, IPO and due diligence in consulting and audit company BDO Poland. Since 2011 he has been working with TPA Poland.
Krzysztof graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and participated in the scholarship of the Batory Foundation at Giessen University in Germany.
