Monika Stachurska-Waga

Monika is a manager in the Warsaw tax advisory department of TPA Poland.

Monika participated in projects regarding the tax planning for natural persons, as well as internal projects concerning single units/entities and within the capital groups. She has an experience in the complex tax advisory services for clients from different economy sectors regarding issues concerning their on-going business activities.

Monika advises within the scope of tax consequences of conducting investments projects in Poland under the legal mergers and acquisitions transactions, preparation of effective capital structures, as well. She was involved in conducting restructuring projects for clients having their business activities in different economy sectors.

Monika is a licenced tax advisor and an alumnus of Bialystok University, Faculty of Economics, and postgraduate studies “Management of company assets” at Warsaw School of Economics. She also studied economics at Universita degli’ Studi dell’Insubria in Vares, Italy.

She speaks in English and Italian.
