Wojciech Doliński

Wojciech Doliński is a chartered surveyor (MRICS) since 2009 and a Qualified Polish Valuer (Qualification number 4881), certified RICS Registered Valuer and a Recognized European Valuer, with the REV designation.

Wojciech has been involved in real estate transactions for both private and institutional investors. He specializes in valuation of commercial properties and development land across all sectors. Until June 2019, he was involved in valuations of properties totaling approximately PLN 30 billion, across Poland, CEE Region and Germany.

Wojciech started his professional career in Polish Oil and Gas Company (PGNiG), King Sturge Sp. z o.o. and, since 2006, Polish Properties Sp. z o.o.. Afterwards, for 5 years he managed a start-up, analytics and valuation company Comparables Sp. z o.o. Since 2016, as a Valuation Partner, he has been responsible for valuation of hotels properties at Horwath HTL. As of 2011 he is a RICS Assessor at the APC examinations held for new entrants and a lecturer at the current Polish Federation of Valuers’ Associations’ banking training course. He sits in the Property Valuation Standards Committee of the Polish Ministry of Investment and Development. Since 2019, Wojciech is also a certified RICS Mediator.

He holds a master’s and engineer’s degree in Land Management from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, an engineer degree from the Dutch university CAH Dronten and a postgraduate MSc, Property Appraisal and Investment from the Universities of Sheffield Hallam and Nottingham Trent. Wojciech is a licensed Polish and UK valuer from 2009.

Since 2019, Wojciech heads a TPA Real Estate Services company, operating within the structures of TPA Group.
