We hereby inform you that on 1 June 2026, TPA sp. z o. o. sp. k. was transformed into TPA Prosta spółka akcyjna.
As a result of the transformation, the legal form of the company changed from a limited partnership to a simple joint-stock company. The company has retained its existing registered address, NIP number, REGON number and bank account number; only the KRS number has changed.
Pursuant to the provisions of the Polish Commercial Companies Code, the transformed company, i.e. TPA Prosta spółka akcyjna, shall be entitled to all rights and shall assume all obligations of the company being transformed, i.e. TPA sp. z o. o. sp. k.
The change of legal form does not affect the continuation of the company’s business activities. TPA Prosta spółka akcyjna will remain a party to all agreements concluded by TPA sp. z o. o. sp. k. There is no need to execute any annexes to the agreements concluded by TPA sp. z o. o. sp. k.
