Tax Manager
Marcin Książek is a Manager in the Tax Advisory Department at TPA Poland in Poznań.
He specializes in ongoing tax advisory services, particularly in income taxes, international tax law, and tax proceedings.
He supports clients in the areas of corporate income tax (CIT), personal income tax (PIT), tax analyses, preparing opinions, and representing them in tax proceedings. He participates in restructuring projects, mergers, divisions, and acquisitions, as well as comprehensive tax reviews, including due diligence and vendor due diligence.
He is a member of a team supporting clients from the energy industry and other sectors, including tax analyses and transaction projects. He gained experience working for Big Four firms and advising domestic and international entities on a wide range of tax issues.
Author of numerous publications on tax and legal topics and participant in training courses for the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation and the Association of Accountants in Poland. Graduated in law from the University of Szczecin.
