Director
Monika Stachurska-Waga is a Director in the Tax Advisory Department at TPA Poland and a licensed tax advisor. She specializes in tax planning for individuals and businesses, as well as providing tax services to capital groups.
She participates in projects involving ongoing tax advisory services, analyzing the tax consequences of transactions, and developing effective capital structures. She is a member of the tax advisory team, supporting clients from various sectors of the economy.
She has experience in advising on investment projects, mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Białystok and completed postgraduate studies in “Value Management” at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH); she also studied economics at the Università degli Studi dell’Insubria in Varese.
She is fluent in English and Italian.
