Mikołaj Ratajczak is a Partner in the Poznań tax advisory team at TPA Poland, a tax advisor, and a member of the National Chamber of Tax Advisors. He specializes in comprehensive tax and business advisory services for companies in the construction and energy sectors, including tax planning, transaction support, and international tax structuring.
He participates in projects involving due diligence, restructuring, reorganization, and ongoing tax advisory services, particularly in the area of VAT. His experience includes representing clients before tax authorities and administrative courts, as well as advising on the transformation of family businesses. He gained experience working for the Big Four and has been with TPA Poland for over 20 years. He conducts specialized and individual training sessions, including for clients in the real estate and energy sectors, and is the author of numerous industry publications, including the report “Wind Energy in Poland.”
He is fluent in English.
