Director
Joanna Henzel is a Director in the Tax Advisory Department at TPA Poland and a licensed tax advisor.
She specialises in transaction advisory and ongoing tax advisory services, developing comprehensive solutions for Polish enterprises and international capital groups.
She primarily supports clients in transactions on the commercial real estate market and in the renewable energy sector, including conducting tax due diligence reviews and advising at every stage of the transaction process.
She also handles restructuring projects involving mergers, acquisitions and demergers of companies. She leads a team advising clients from various sectors, including on tax structuring, transaction analyses and ongoing tax settlements.
She has many years of experience in preparing transfer pricing documentation for capital groups. She is the author and co-author of tax publications and training courses, including in the areas of CIT and transfer pricing.
She graduated from the Poznań University of Economics and Business, Faculty of Finance and Accounting of Enterprises. She is fluent in English.
