Senior Manager
Marek is a senior manager in the tax advisory department in Poznan. He has many years of experience in comprehensive tax advisory services provided for Polish and international entities.
Marek specializes in ongoing tax advisory, especially in the area of VAT and income taxes. He also has extensive experience in transfer pricing projects – consisting of both analysing the arm’s length of transactions and preparing transfer pricing documentation.
Marek has participated in numerous restructuring projects (mergers, divisions, acquisitions) and comprehensive tax reviews, including due diligence. He is involved in VAT settlements for foreign companies.
Marek is a graduate of law studies and the Faculty of English at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He is fluent in English. He is the author of texts on legal and tax issues, including these in specialist literature.
