Senior Manager
Marek Wołyński is a Senior Manager in the Tax Advisory Department at TPA Poland. He specializes in ongoing tax advisory services, particularly in the areas of VAT and income taxes, as well as transfer pricing, including transaction analysis and documentation preparation.
He participates in restructuring projects, such as mergers, divisions, and acquisitions, and in comprehensive tax reviews, including due diligence.
He also handles VAT settlements for foreign companies, including those using the OSS system. He is a member of the advisory team supporting clients in the IT industry, including the implementation of tax relief. He has extensive experience in tax advisory services for Polish and international companies, including operational, transactional, and compliance projects.
He is the author of publications on tax law and tax issues. He graduated with a degree in law and holds a degree in English from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
He is fluent in English.
