Senior Consultant
Mariusz Aniszewski is a Senior Consultant in the Tax Advisory Department at TPA Poland.
He advises on a broad range of tax and legal tax matters, with particular focus on day-to-day tax advisory, the preparation of legal opinions and memoranda, submissions to public authorities, applications for individual tax rulings, and complaints to administrative courts. He also supports international clients and regularly prepares materials in both Polish and English. His core areas of expertise include corporate projects as well as income tax matters, including real estate tax.
He is involved in projects requiring in-depth analysis of legal and tax regulations and the development of clear, consistent and persuasive lines of argument. In his day-to-day work, he combines commercial awareness with legal and tax expertise, enabling him to deliver solutions that are not only technically robust, but also practical and effective, particularly in complex and non-standard matters.
Prior to joining TPA Poland, he gained professional experience at leading advisory firms, including one of the Big Four, which has provided him with a broad perspective on legal and tax advisory for businesses.
He holds a law degree and completed postgraduate studies in tax advisory. He is also a trainee advocate with the Warsaw Bar Association and is listed as a customs agent.
He is fluent in English.
