Supervisor
Michał Rosa is a Supervisor in the Tax Advisory Department at TPA Poland’s Warsaw office and a licensed tax advisor. He specializes in transaction advisory services, particularly due diligence projects.
He has extensive experience in corporate income tax (particularly withholding tax / WHT) and real estate tax. In the past, he has also handled transfer pricing documentation.
He gained experience at tax advisory firms, a bank, and a tax office, where he worked in the tax proceedings department.
He holds a law degree from the University of Lodz.
He speaks English.
