Supervisor
Michał Solarski is a supervisor in the tax advisory team at the Poznań office of TPA Poland.
He specializes in VAT and income taxes. Since 2023, he has been registered as a legal advisor with the Poznań Bar Association.
He has extensive experience in the tax departments of Poznań-based law firms providing services to domestic and international clients. He has participated in numerous tax relief implementations, such as IP BOX, R&D relief, and 50% tax deductible costs, particularly in the IT industry, as well as comprehensive tax reviews, including due diligence.
He is the author of numerous articles on tax and legal topics.
He holds a law degree from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
He is fluent in English.
