She has over 14 years of experience in payroll, HR administration, and payroll outsourcing services. She began her professional career in international HR and payroll organizations, including McKinsey & Company, Marsh & McLennan Companies and IKEA Shared Service Center.
She specializes in payroll management, labour law compliance, payroll process optimization, and HR and payroll outsourcing for international companies operating in Poland. She has extensive experience in payroll transitions, implementation projects, HR and payroll data migrations, and the development of efficient payroll processes.
Nikola has been involved in numerous projects related to payroll transformation, system configuration, client onboarding, and the implementation of best HR and payroll practices. She also supervises multi-location payroll teams and supports clients in ensuring compliance with Polish labour and social security regulations.
She is a graduate of the Poznań University of Economics, where she completed Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programmes in Economics, Labour Economics and Human Resources Management.
Nikola is fluent in German and English.
