Malthouse Offices, the biggest office building of the Warsaw Brewery complex, as well as the historic Malthouse were acquired by Deka Immobilien, an international investment and asset manager. The buildings were sold for approximately EUR 152.3 million. The seller is a subsidiary of the listed company Echo Investments S.A., the largest real estate developer in Poland. The property will be added to the portfolio of the WestInvest InterSelect open-ended real estate fund.
A team of tax advisors from TPA Poland advised the buyer on the transaction.
