Erste Asset Management acquired Schaeffler’s distribution and order fulfillment center at Prologis Park Ujazd from Prologis. TPA Poland experts advised on the transaction.
The transaction involved a 62,500 sqm logistics facility developed by Prologis on a build-to-suit basis for Schaeffler Vehicle Lifetime Solutions. The building serves as a regional distribution and order fulfillment center for spare parts markets across Central and Eastern Europe and is equipped with advanced automation systems.
