She specializes in tax and business advisory services for domestic and international entities, including those in the real estate, financial, FMCG, and energy sectors, as well as new technologies, including fintech, gaming, and e-sports.
Her experience includes tax planning, transaction support, effective taxation, and tax management systems.
She supports projects involving public aid, including investment structuring, sourcing, and settling support instruments.
She gained experience at Big Four firms and a leading law firm, where she was a partner. She has received Legal500 and Chambers recognitions. She holds a PhD in law, is an author, and lecturer.
She holds degrees in law, economics, and international relations, and holds postgraduate degrees in tax and tax law.
She is fluent in English and speaks German.
