Wojciech Doliński is the Managing Partner at TPA Real Estate Services, responsible for developing and managing a real estate advisory practice, encompassing valuations and investment advice, including M&A projects.
He is a qualified real estate valuer, a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), a RICS Registered Valuer, and a holder of the REV designation.
He specializes in advising institutional clients, investment funds, banks, and large capital groups. He supports clients in investment, transaction, and strategic processes, including acquisitions, sales, portfolio restructuring, and asset analysis.
His experience includes comprehensive advisory projects, including real estate and asset portfolio valuations, investment advice and market analysis, transaction support (buy-side and sell-side), and participation in M&A projects where real estate is a key component of company value.
He is an RICS (APC) examiner and a PFSRM lecturer in banking panel courses.
He is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW), CAH Dronten University, and holds postgraduate degrees from Nottingham Trent University and Sheffield Hallam.
He is fluent in English.
