Why?
Safe accounting constitutes grounds for the existence of each company, and is, therefore, absolutely crucial. Security itself, which means regulatory compliance, does not necessarily mean that accounting processes are implemented effectively, quickly and with an appropriate support level for the management board.
Effective processes and swift organisation of the accounting system are an element of competitive leverage, thus being an important factor of corporate success. Organising the information accumulated within the accounting system enables faster access to verified data and the development of management operations in this field. They, in turn, are the foundation for assessing risks and trends, as well as defining and monitoring indicators that are key to company strategy and business development.
Combining these needs in a fast-changing regulatory environment, both domestic (accounting and tax regulations) and international (International Financial Reporting Standards or other foreign provisions, depending on the group’s consolidation profile) is often a considerable challenge for enterprises.
For whom?
Both domestic companies starting their business operations, as well as subsidiaries or foreign branches of foreign investors established in Poland, for whom professional structuring of the in-house accounting and/tax departments is important. Also for already existing enterprises that recognize their deficiencies in the effectiveness of processes related to the accounting and/or tax departments.
