09.09.2019 – 09.09.2019

Conference website

We invite you to the 5th edition of the Invested Interest Investment Market Conference, during which experts from all over Poland will talk about the current condition of the Polish real estate investment market, and what the future may bring. The event is organized by Eurobuild Conferences.

Experts will debate about:

  • the prospects for the Polish real estate investment market for the next few quarters
  • investors’ attention for Polish regional cities. Which locations are especially popular?
  • what awaits the retail market and what changes are crucial for this sector
  • is the Polish market ready for alternative products at the investment level?

The event is addressed to a wide range of representatives of the real estate sector, in particular representatives of development companies, investment advisors, market analysts, employees of real estate offices, as well as specialists from the banking and finance sector.

During the conference Małgorzata Dankowska – Partner in the Tax Advisory Department, will take part in the panel discussion about:

“Off the beaten track – or alternative asset classes?” – Hotels, student halls, apartments for rent, homes for the elderly – new products for real estate investors keep on emerging. Is the Polish market ready for the latest, entirely new classes of commercial property at the institutional level – such as petrol stations, golf courses, campsites, data centres, hospitals, forests, farms and marinas?
