Career Path

Each of our departments is unique, but despite this you can easily follow the clear career path created for each employee in every one of them.

Trainee

4th and 5th year students and graduates without any professional experience may start their training in TPA. At this stage of professional development, the most important features for us are passion, commitment and ability to work in a Team. We expect good theoretical preparation during studies from our trainees, as well as command of English language at the advanced level. Additionally, advanced command of German is recommended. Trainees participate in responsible and creative projects from the very beginning and during the performance of their tasks, they may always count on the support of their more senior colleagues.

Consultant, Assistant, Accountant

Such positions are usually taken by persons who have been promoted after training in TPA, as well as persons who have already gained their first professional experience in another company in similar positions. At this stage, employees participate in numerous training sessions where they learn the specifics of their work and tasks in the given position. All projects are implemented with the support of their mentor.

Senior Consultant, Senior, Supervisor

These positions are taken by persons with several years of experience in the given area. They stand out due to their specific competences connected among other things with the team management, group cooperation, as well as considerable content-based knowledge and independence in conducting projects for our clients. Employees at this stage of their career coordinate the work of the project team, participate in numerous content-based training sessions and in soft training.

Manager, Senior Manager

This position is taken by persons with extensive professional experience, expert knowledge and highly developed skills. Managers manage larger teams and several projects at the same time. We have a special development programme for managers carried out in cooperation with one of the best training companies on the market. The manager is in constant contact with the client and is responsible for the implemented projects. At this stage, sales competences are also improved.

Director

This is the last level of career before becoming a Partner in the firm. A Director often holds the function of the head of the given office, which means that he is responsible for it in each aspect of its operation – sales, administration, management, etc. Persons in these position not only have extensive practical experience and high level of technical competences, but also have an extensive portfolio of regular clients and work on projects which are characterized by the highest level of complexity.

Partner

Partners are responsible for their departments and offices in every respect. They are responsible for people they manage, for their recruitment and development. They are responsible for sales, administrative and personnel budgets. Besides, they attract new clients and maintain good relationships with key clients. As experts in their areas, they represent the company at all industry conferences or meetings of experts. They have long-term experience in the industry and extensive professional knowledge. They also develop the company strategy and maintain relationships with other membership states of the TPA Group.
