The “Łódź Rediscover” Conference is a cross-sector event organized by Łódź City Hall and Eurobuild CEE.
On October 19, 2022, prominent experts and practitioners will meet at the Orientarium of the Łódź Zoo to discuss the development potential of the industrial, office and residential markets in Łódź. Guests will be welcomed by Hanna Zdanowska, the mayor of the city of Łódź. The key topics include issues related to the digitization of the real estate market, as well as the implementation of ESG, in which Łódź is undoubtedly leading the way.
We would like to invite you to the Housing Panel (12:00 pm), which will be moderated by Malgorzata Dankowska, Partner in charge of the real estate advisory team and Warsaw tax practice of TPA Poland. It will discuss in particular:
- The condition and development prospects of the housing market in Łódź (development market, rental market, PRS market)
- How cooperation between local government and developers looks like
- How national and local laws affect market development.
