We were ranked 2nd in two categories: Largest Tax Advisory Firms in 2023 by Revenue and Largest Tax Advisory Firms in 2023 by Number of Substantive Employees, as well as the award of Best Tax Advisory Firm in 2023 in the category: Private Client Tax Advisory.
In turn, we are particularly pleased with the award in the Private Clients category, which we received thanks to the achievements and experience of Tomek Hatylak’s team, which implemented tax projects in the area of tax consulting for private individuals, which were appreciated by the Chapter.
We are a consulting firm that used to be known mainly for advising companies with foreign participation, but for several years we have been paying more and more attention to Polish entrepreneurs and family businesses. At first, they, more than foreign investors, were affected by tax law reforms, such as the elimination of tax transparency of limited and general partnerships or the Polish Deal. Then came a number of positive, albeit complicated, solutions, such as the Estonian CIT and family foundations. Together with the team of Tomasz Hatylak, who joined us last year, we now have a large and very experienced group of experts in preparing concepts for international asset transfers, changes in tax residency, the establishment of Polish and foreign family foundations, the division, sale and restructuring of businesses, or the tax and legal treatment of divorcing spouses’ assets. We provide our Polish clients with solutions appropriate to their growing needs and the scope and international complexity of their projects.
