The Hybrid Conference for Property and Investment in Munich

How will the pandemic affect the property market and real estate investments in European countries? What will be the impact of the pandemic on different asset classes in the industry? What can we expect in the near future as a consequence of the pandemic, and what surprises the next months or even years may bring? These are only some of the questions that experts will answer during this year’s EXPO Real Hybrid Summit – one of the largest events dedicated to the real estate industry and real estate investments in Europe.

This year, the organizers decided to change the formula to give the opportunity to participate in this event, regardless of the restrictions resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic.

Conferences and discussion panels remain the cornerstone of Expo Real. Guests will be able to participate in them physically or – a possibility introduced this year – through a virtual streaming platform broadcasting all meetings live. There will also be a special zone for exhibitors and a theme area dedicated to specific EXPO Real Hybrid Summit themes.

The October edition will therefore be based on solutions that will maximize the safety of participants and provide access to substantive discussions and meetings for everyone interested in the comfort of their office or home.

A detailed program of the event will soon be available on the organizer’s website. We also encourage you to become familiar with the principles of safety and hygiene at the ICM Congress Center grounds.
