The TPA Poland team was named The Best Team in the Top Woman in Real Estate competition. This has been the 6th edition of this contest already. The event is dedicated to women working in the real estate industry in Poland who have succeeded and made themselves stand out in the past year.
The final gala of the Top Woman in Real Estate competition took place on June 15, 2023. TPA Poland’s team of experts and advisors was recognized by an independent jury in this year’s ranking.
“The Best Team title undoubtedly proves that we employ top specialists who have knowledge and experience, and can complement and support each other when implementing projects as one team. Working with them on a daily basis, I can say that they are not only The Best Team, but also the Dream Team. Diversity and inclusiveness, not just in terms of gender, creates incredible synergy and proves that it is well worth and even necessary to build teams in this way. For me this award is more important than an individual one, as it is much easier to be responsible for building one’s own competence, and much harder to build great teams. Top Woman in Real Estate is a competition prepared by an independent Program Council. The awards were presented by a Jury, composed of persons of authority in the real estate and construction industry.
The Top Woman in Real Estate initiative aims to promote women in the real estate and construction industry. This year’s 6th edition started in February and submissions of candidates for the award could be sent until March 26 this year. Submissions could include individual ladies, companies or teams. The jury evaluated both specific achievements and special skills. The awards covered almost all areas related to real estate and construction, including architecture, engineering, development, finance, sales, brokerage, marketing and sustainability.
